I'm a Qualified Midwife and Hypnobirthing Instructor. I have worked and trained in the NHS for over ten years and I am passionate about supporting individuals in their pregnancy, labour and birth journey!

I have worked clinically as a registered NHS midwife in a variety of settings including home births, community antenatal and postnatal care, labour care in the obstetric unit and at the local birthing centre.

Having seen first-hand the power of Hypnobirthing and understanding the physiology behind it, has made me so excited to share these courses with expectant parents!
